DUNGEON MANAGER Your privacy

Dungeon Manager privacy policy

Last updated 27 September 2026

Your dungeon and progress stay on your phone. Midnight Syntax Labs runs no game servers, requires no account, uses no analytics of its own, and does not sell your data.

What is stored, and why

DataWhyWhere
Your game save, settings, and total play timeTo keep your dungeon between sessions and prevent ads during your first minutes of playOnly on your phone; it is never sent to us
Your Google Play Games player ID, gamer name, avatar, and leaderboard scoresTo show you on the Infamy, Dungeon Level, and Win Streak leaderboardsGoogle Play Games Services, when you are signed in
Advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, and your ad-consent choiceTo show and measure occasional ads until you buy Full game; personalised only if you consentGoogle AdMob, collected by Google
Your purchase of Full gameTo remove ads on every phone using your Google accountGoogle Play Billing; we never see your payment details

Raid notifications are scheduled on your phone; no push service or notification token is used. Google's servers process your IP address and basic device information to deliver ads, leaderboards, and purchases; we do not receive or store it.

Your Play Games gamer name is public on the leaderboards. You choose it in the Play Games app.

Who processes the data

Midnight Syntax Labs does not collect or store personal data itself. Leaderboards, ads, and the Full game purchase are provided by Google, which acts as an independent controller. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the game asks for consent before requesting an ad. You can change your choice under Settings → Privacy choices, or reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

How long it is kept

Your save stays on your phone until you start over or uninstall the game. Leaderboard scores remain with Google Play Games until you delete your Play Games data. The Full game purchase stays with your Google account so it can be restored.

Delete your data

  • Your game: open Settings → Start over. This erases your dungeon and progress while keeping your settings, Full game purchase, and total play time. Uninstalling the game or clearing its Android storage deletes everything saved on your phone.
  • Leaderboards: delete your Play Games data or profile in the Google Play Games app, or manage it in your Google account.
  • Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing further for us to delete. Questions can be sent to midnightsyntaxlabs@gmail.com.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data, and complain to your data protection authority—in Denmark, Datatilsynet. Because the game keeps data on your phone and Google provides leaderboards, ads, and purchases, most requests are handled by the steps above or by Google. Personalised ads rely on consent, which you can withdraw in the game at any time.

Children

Dungeon Manager is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
