MECH DUEL Your privacy
Mech Duel privacy policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
Mech Duel is an Android game published by Midnight Syntax Labs. We do not collect, store, or share personal data. Your progress stays on your phone.
What the game stores on your device
The game saves your progress locally on your phone: credits, unlocked skins and frames, your loadout, campaign progress, settings such as music volume, and a local record of your recent opponents' moves used for the in-game foe profile. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. If Android backup is turned on for your device, it may be included in your own Google account backup, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Purchases
Premium skins and frames are sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your payment details. Google Play tells the game which items your account owns so it can unlock them. See the Google Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- No account or sign-in is required.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone, or files are accessed.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android Settings > Apps > Mech Duel > Storage, deletes everything the game saved. Premium purchases stay with your Google account and are restored when you reinstall.
Changes to this policy
If a future version starts collecting any data, for example for online multiplayer, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
