Delete a Fortress Rivals account

How to request deletion

1. Email midnightsyntaxlabs@gmail.com with the subject “Fortress Rivals account deletion”.
2. Send the request from the Google email address you use for multiplayer, or tell us that address so we can verify ownership. Do not send a password or sign-in code.
3. We will confirm your request and may ask for further proof of account ownership before deleting data.

What is deleted or retained

We delete the Fortress Rivals Firebase Authentication account, multiplayer profile, leaderboard entry, and game data linked to your account, including matchmaking and match records where feasible. This does not delete your Google account. You can remove local campaign progress by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Delete data without deleting your account

If you want particular game data deleted while keeping multiplayer access, describe that in your email. We will explain what can be removed without breaking your account.
