Fortress Rivals privacy policy

Single-player data

You can play the single-player campaign without signing in. The game saves campaign progress, tutorial completion, and sound preferences locally on your device. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes this local data.

Google sign-in and multiplayer

Multiplayer requires Google sign-in. Firebase Authentication processes your Google account identifier, email address, name, and authentication information. We use your account identifier to create a multiplayer profile with a generated player name, rating, and match statistics.

The multiplayer service stores matchmaking entries, match assignments, player identifiers and generated names, gameplay actions, and results needed to run matches and the leaderboard. Other signed-in players can see generated player names, ratings, and match statistics on the leaderboard or during a match. The game does not show your Google email address to other players.

Advertising and purchases

The Android app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's consent platform. These services may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent choices. The game does not request GPS or precise location access. Ad availability and consent choices depend on your region and device.

The Android app also includes Google Play Billing for purchases if a purchase option is offered.

How we use and share data

We use account and gameplay information to sign you in, match you with opponents, maintain your rank and leaderboard position, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the game. Google provides sign-in, Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database, Google Mobile Ads, the consent platform, and Google Play Billing. We share data with those services as needed for their functions. Google and Firebase may also process technical service data such as IP address and diagnostics. We do not sell player account or gameplay data.

Storage and security

Game service data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Multiplayer account and match data remains while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Your choices and deletion

You can play the campaign without a multiplayer account and sign out of multiplayer at any time. The Android app may offer Google ad privacy choices through its consent controls. To request deletion of your Fortress Rivals account and associated game data, follow the account-deletion instructions. You may also contact us about access, correction, or other privacy questions. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child's information.
